A look back at our participation in the 2026 International Timber Trade Fair

From June 2 to 4, 2026, Scierie VUITTON was pleased to participate in the International Wood Fair in Nantes, the essential meeting place for professionals in the timber industry. Every two years, this event brings together stakeholders from the softwood and hardwood, timber construction, joinery,outdoor landscaping, trading and wood processing sectors, from all over the world.

This edition was particularly special for our company as it marked our big return to the trade show after an absence since 2008.

During these three days filled with insightful discussions, our team had the pleasure of reconnecting with many long-standing clients, as well as meeting new partners and prospects. We welcomed visitors from all overEurope, notably fromSpain, Portugal, Belgium, andItaly and the United Kingdom, as well as more distant markets such asIndia, China , and even Vietnam.

These meetings illustrate the international momentum of Scierie VUITTON and reinforce our commitment to further developing ourexportactivities. Our ambition is to strengthen our presence in international markets while developing new sustainable partnerships.

The International Timber Trade Fair is also a prime opportunity to connect with all the stakeholders in the timber industry. Clients, suppliers, fellow sawyers and partners shared their insights on market trends, shifts in demand , and the outlook for 2026. These discussions are essential for better anticipating our clients' needs and supporting the sector's evolution.
